At Great AmeriCart, we’re committed to providing a clear and reliable delivery experience for our customers within the United States.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship and deliver orders within the United States (USA) only.

All orders include tracked shipping and secure checkout.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 0–2 business days.
  • Some items may ship the same business day when available.
  • Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays or high-demand periods.

2. Estimated Delivery Time (USA Only)

  • US-stock items (when available): 2–7 business days
  • Most orders: 7–12 business days
  • In rare cases: Delivery may take up to 15 business days due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Tracking is provided for most orders.
  • Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment (occasionally up to 3 business days).
  • Customers can track their orders anytime using our Track Your Order page.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or failure to claim delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

5. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered”, please check:

  • With neighbors or household members
  • Your building office or front desk
  • Your local carrier or post office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist with the next steps.

6. Delays & Carrier Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Peak or holiday seasons
  • Remote delivery areas
