We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To request a cancellation or modification, please email us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Your request (cancel, address change, or item change)

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled or changed only before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • You may still be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with our return and refund policies once the order is delivered.
