We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.
How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request a cancellation or modification, please email us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Your request (cancel, address change, or item change)

1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled or changed only before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
- You may still be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with our return and refund policies once the order is delivered.
